How do I earn points?

Do shipping and taxes earn points?
No. Points are calculated from the product amount actually paid after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and gift cards.
Can I combine a reward with another discount code?
No. Only one reward or discount code may be applied to an order.
What happens to my points after a refund?
Points earned from a refunded or cancelled purchase will be removed from your account. Reward handling follows the final refunded order value.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without qualifying account activity. We recommend checking your rewards dashboard regularly.
