1. Wash the affected area and dry thoroughly, paying special attention to the spaces between your toes.
2. Spray a thin layer over the affected area twice daily, morning and night, or as directed by a doctor. Allow feet to dry completely before putting on socks or shoes.
3. If shoes have just been worn, let them air out for at least 15 minutes. Shake the bottle lightly, spray 1–2 times inside each shoe, and allow at least 10 minutes to dry. Wait until shoes are completely dry before wearing.

For Athlete’s Foot: Use daily for 4 weeks. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and change shoes and socks at least once daily.
